Recently refurbished, and no expense spared,
the Blue Bell (Note - it is a colourful ringing instrument, not a
spring flower) reopened in
March 2004. The Inn stands proudly at the top of Kirby Hill, -
a real feature in this beautiful village. Click on the picture of the
village to learn more about it.
With a strong "No smoking" policy, there
are 3 rooms where visitors can eat, with no smoking permitted in any of
them - The Wetherby, Thirsk and Ripon Rooms.
However, if you fancy a game of pool, or maybe
darts, - the York Room, where smoking is permitted, is most welcoming and
extremely well equipped.
There is a splendid selection of hand-pulled ales,
and quality food, with fine wines to compliment your meal.
Come and give it a try!
